Property Management Pre-Licensing is a four day course which provides an individual with the 30+ hours of instruction time that is required by the state in order to take the Montana Property Management Exam. If you want to become a licensed property manager, is the course for you! The cost for this class is $500.00 for early registration and $525.00 if you register within 5 business days of the course.

Principles of Property Management is a two day CE course that is geared towards providing newly licensed property managers with their required and very specific 12 hours of continuing education credits. Although this class is the most useful for newly licensed individuals, anyone can benefit from the review of topics such as Licensing Law, Leasing Principles, The Landlord / Tenant Act, and much more. The cost of this course is $200.00. If you do not need the full 12 credits, you are welcome to register for a one day session at the reduced cost of $125.00.

Property Management Workshop is a six hour CE course which reviews Rules & Regulations, The Landlord Tenant Act, Management Agreement, Specialty Agreements, and much more. This is a great course for anyone looking to increase the quality of their business. The cost of this course is $100.00.

Application & Rental Agreement Review is a four hour CE course which involves an in depth review of the Rules & Regulations, Rental Application, & Rental Agreement. This class is highly recommended if you are looking at revamping your application and agreement procedures. The cost of this course is $75.00.

Trust Account Review is a two hour CE course which contains an overview of the purpose, responsibility, and process involved in Trust Accounting as it pertains to Property Management. The Montana Board of Realty Regulation requires that every newly licensed Property Manger take at least 2 hours of Trust Accounting instruction, as part of their first 12 CE credits, in order to receive their wall license. This class DOES satisfy the board's Trust Accounting requirement and is offered by SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT only.
