Description:
Property Management Pre-Licensing is a four day course which provides an individual with the 30+ hours of instruction time that is required by the state in order to take the Montana Property Management Exam. If you want to become a licensed property manager, this is the course for you!
The cost for this class is $500.00 for those paying by credit card. We are currently offering an incentive of $25.00 OFF the course price for those of you who pay by check or money order. If you choose to take advantage of this incentive, just print out our PAY BY CHECK form on the checkout page and mail it in with a check or money order in the amount of $475.00. Registrations within 5 business days before the course are subject to a last minute cost of $525.00.
