Property Management Pre-Licensing is a four day course which provides an individual with the 30+ hours of instruction time that is required by the state in order to take the Montana Property Management Exam. If you want to become a licensed property manager, this is the course for you!

The cost for this class is $500.00 for those paying by credit card. We are currently offering an incentive of $25.00 OFF the course price for those of you who pay by check or money order. If you choose to take advantage of this incentive, just print out our PAY BY CHECK form on the checkout page and mail it in with a check or money order in the amount of $475.00. Registrations within 5 business days before the course are subject to a last minute cost of $525.00.

For your convenience, the Red Lion Inn at 700 West Broadway has given us 10 rooms at their reduced rate of $84.00. These rooms are set aside from 10/10/2010 – 10/14/2010 with a check out on 10/14/2010. Be sure you let them know you are calling for our block of rooms so they know to give you the reduced rate. If you do not register by September 15th, you are not guaranteed this reduced rate, but they have agreed to honor it as long as they still have availability, so it doesn't hurt to check. The Staybridge Suites, at 120 Expressway, has given us 8 rooms at the group rate of $90.00. The rooms are set aside from 10/10/2010 - 10/14/2010 with a check out on 10/14/2010. You must tell them the group rate name "Pre-Licensing" or they will not know to give you the reduced rate. If you do not register by September 10th, you are not guaranteed this reduced rate, but they have agreed to honor it as long as they still have availability, so it doesn't hurt to check.
