Property Management Workshop is a six hour CE course which reviews Rules & Regulations, The Landlord Tenant Act, Management Agreement, Specialty Agreements, and much more. This is a great course for anyone looking to increase the quality of their business.

The cost for this class is $100.00 for those paying by credit card. We are currently offering an incentive of $10.00 OFF the course price for those of you who pay by check or money order.
