Trust Account Review
Description
Print this course
Description:
Trust Account Review is a two hour CE course which contains an overview of the purpose, responsibility, and process involved in Trust Accounting as it pertains to Property Management. The Montana Board of Realty Regulation requires that every newly licensed Property Manger take at least 2 hours of Trust Accounting instruction, as part of their first 12 CE credits, in order to receive their wall license. This class DOES satisfy the board's Trust Accounting requirement.
Trust Account Review is offered by SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT ONLY and is intended to be a LAST MINUTE COURSE (when the deadline is approaching) for those who have not yet satisfied the Trust Account Requirement. We highly recommend that you take the Principles of Property Management Class that is offered in September each year. It satisfies all of the Board's requirements for newly licensed Property Managers and will be much less expensive. Please see the Principles of Property Management Description tab for more information.
The next version of this course will be offered in Bozeman on April 14th. For more information on attending this course, please contact Wendy Freeman of Intermountain Property Management at 406-586-1503.
For information regarding other offerings of this course, please contact Crystal Parker at 406-532-9225.
