 Property Management Pre-Licensing is a four day course which provides an individual with the 30+ hours of instruction time that is required by the state in order to take the Montana Property Management Exam. If you want to become a licensed property manager, this is the course for you!

**NEW**  The materials for this class will be offered both digitally and in paper format. If you elect to use the digital edition of the texts you are required to bring your own laptop or tablet that is wifi enabled. Additionally, you will recieve a $50.00 registration discount. If you change your mind and would like to get a paper copy instead you can pay the $50.00 difference until the late registration cut off.

Registrations within 5 business days before the course are subject to a late registration cost of $525.00/$475.00 and must be paid by credit card. Late registration deadline is 8am Monday March 19, 2012.  Registration will cease at 8am Wednesday March 21, 2012 for paper textbooks and at 8am Monday March 26, 2012 for digital textbooks.

For your convenience, the Hampton Inn at725 Carter Drive, has given us 6 rooms at a reduced rate of $99.00 + tax. These rooms are set aside for March 25, 2012, with check out on March 29, 2012. Be sure you let them know you are calling for the Property Management Course block of rooms so they know to give you the reduced rate. If you do not register by February 25, 2012 you are not guaranteed this reduced rate, but they have agreed to honor it as long as they still have availability, so it doesn't hurt to check.
