Property Management Pre-Licensing is a four day course which provides an individual with the 30+ hours of instruction time that is required by the state in order to take the Montana Property Management Exam. If you want to become a licensed property manager, this is the course for you!

Principles of Property Management is a two day Mandatory CE course that is geared towards providing newly licensed property managers with their required and very specific 12 hours of continuing education credits. Although this class is the most useful for newly licensed individuals, anyone can benefit from the review of topics such as Licensing Law, Leasing Principles, The Landlord / Tenant Act, Trust Accounting, and much more. This course is broken down so you may take one day if you only need six credits.

Property Management Workshop is a six hour Mandatory CE course which reviews Rules & Regulations, The Landlord Tenant Act, Management Agreement, Specialty Agreements, and much more. This is a great course for anyone looking to increase the quality of their business.

What Informed Property Manager's Should Know is a four hour Mandatory CE course which addresses topics such as resident retention, considerations to tenants during remodel, reduction of overhead costs, the Montana Medical Marijuana Act, and new legislative changes.

Trust Account Review is a two hour Mandatory CE course which contains an overview of the purpose, responsibility, and process involved in Trust Accounting as it pertains to Property Management. The Montana Board of Realty Regulation requires that every newly licensed Property Manger take at least 2 hours of Trust Accounting instruction, as part of their first 12 Mandatory CE credits, in order to receive their wall license. This class DOES satisfy the board's Trust Accounting requirement.

MT Residential Law Update is a two hour Mandatory CE course which reviews responsibilities of real estate agents managing their own properties, Medical Marijuana laws / proposed legislation, and the MT Supreme Court case Crestview vs. Summers.
